Location: Coral Gables Type: In-office Schedule: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Salary: $120K UP (Salary is negotiable depending on experience) / per year Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in architectural project management. This role will lead project-focused teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution from conceptualization through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, communication skills in both English and Spanish , and the ability to navigate compliance requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate teams to complete projects efficiently and successfully. Oversee architectural design development and construction documentation, including specifications. Create complex REVIT models and construction plans for city submittals and assist in client and contractor communication. Ensure compliance with State and Federal codes , including Life Safety and ADA/FHA requirements in residential and common areas. Manage the design process from conception through construction administration, ensuring consistency with design intent. Maintain client communication and relationships, facilitating effective collaboration between clients, contractors, and subcontractors . Schedule and oversee videoconferences with remote subcontractors and generate markups for design changes. Review shop drawings and engineering plans for RFI/submittal responses , creating ASK’s and revised drawings accordingly. Conduct project research and monitor construction progress to align with building plans, codes, and deadlines . Engage with municipal building departments and government agencies to facilitate project approvals. Conduct field reviews, on-site meetings, and project close-out efforts , including drafting observation reports . Ensure compliance with construction detail documentation , quality control, and industry best practices. Requirements: ~ Proven project management experience in High risers , multifamily and mixed-use buildings . ~3+ years of experience in Project Management in architecture. ~ Strong REVIT and CAD skills (Revit proficiency is a plus). ~ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish . ~ Experience with building codes, ADA/FHA compliance, and Life Safety regulations . ~ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ~ Ability to lead teams and coordinate across disciplines , including structural, civil, and mechanical engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects . ~ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ~ Professional attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work. ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
