**Primary Duties:**
Oversee diverse project management tasks.
Generate and submit precise change orders promptly.
Assist in reviewing and updating budget and scope documents.
Manage procurement timelines and provide material takeoffs to the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
Track project progress and address issues as they emerge.
Engage with clients, architects, engineers, MEP designers, state and local authorities, and plant management and staff to understand and integrate project goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, photos, and videos.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and requirements.
Ensure client needs are addressed as projects progress.
Compile weekly and monthly reports, including progress photo documentation.
Occasionally serve as the main contact and relay project status to all stakeholders.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent position
2+ years of practical experience in ground-up Residential, Multifamily Construction, or related fields, or 1+ years in project management from initiation to completion
Excellent organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management
Proficient in written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiarity with estimating and takeoff software (e.g., PlanSwift, Sage, Procore, or similar)
Practical experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Autodesk Build, or similar)
Strong understanding of blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural plans
Knowledge of quality control processes
Personal attributes of integrity, credibility, and commitment to Plant Prefabs mission
PMP or Project Management certification is advantageous
