Job Description

Our client, a notable publicly traded bank, is looking for a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Manager.

Please note, this position can sit out of Los Angeles, New York City, Houston, or San Francisco and will go into the office 3 days a week.

*Bilingual in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.*

Responsibilities:

• Oversee key projects related to BSA/AML and OFAC compliance, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Lead process enhancements, system implementations, and internal control adjustments.
• Identify project dependencies, manage stakeholder communication, and track milestones.
• Assess risks, provide strategic insights, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for leadership on project progress.
• Stay informed on evolving regulations and industry trends, integrating them into the compliance program.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience in project management within a bank; 2+ years of experience in BSA/AML, OFAC, or related regulatory areas.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk assessment, and communication skills.
