$15 - $16 based on experience **Canopy Tour Assistant Manager**
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Day-to-day supervision of canopy tour operations including, but not limited to:
- Helping to ensure that tours are run according to established procedures and that guides consistently know and follow those procedures.
- Assisting with communicating procedures and changes to procedures to guides and other managers
- Assisting with covering the canopy tour base.
- Working to maintain staff morale and promoting teamwork throughout the season.
- Assisting the manager with staffing the canopy tour base as needed.
- Helping out with other programs/tasks when needed
- Canopy tour equipment and vehicle maintenance including:
- Assisting with maintaining and repairing/replacing equipment as needed.
- Assisting with maintaining all canopy tour vehicles.
- Assisting with documenting purchase, use and maintenance of all safety-critical equipment and vehicles.
- Administrative
- Assisting with hiring, training and supervising guides
- Assisting with maintaining canopy tour trip reports, equipment use and maintenance reports and other paperwork.
- Course Management
- Help prepare the course for opening at the beginning of the season and closing the course at the end of season.
- Implement routine pruning of course corridor.
- Ensure AM course inspections and/or course closing take place and are documented each day.
- Review canopy trip reports from each day and take appropriate action for any issues requiring follow-up.

* Schedule: March 15 - November 30
* Pay rate $15.00 - $16.00 depending on experience
* Performance based bonus up to 200.00 based on achieving annual goals. To be paid in two parts of up to $100.00. First part is paid after your June review. Second part is paid after October's review.
