Provide ongoing case management services, including assessments, planning, and psychoeducation for children and their sponsors.
Utilize trauma-informed approaches and brief therapeutic techniques to address clients' needs.
Maintain detailed, confidential documentation while adhering to program regulations.
Report safety concerns, life changes, or significant incidents to program supervisors and child protection services as required.
Participate in training sessions and quality improvement initiatives.
Travel to conduct in-person home visits and assessments, occasionally working evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.
About You
You're an ideal candidate for this role if you:

Approach others with empathy and build trust easily.
Communicate effectively, both in writing and speaking, in English and Spanish.
Excel in assessing needs, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions.

Are knowledgeable about family preservation, kinship care, and trauma-informed practices.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience managing cases in a related setting.
Strong report-writing skills and familiarity with child welfare policies.
Experience working with immigrant populations and providing trauma-informed interventions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
A valid driver's license and availability for national travel.
Benefits & Perks
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan with 4% matching contributions.
Generous PTO: Vacation time, 9 sick days, and 11 paid holidays annually.
Professional Growth: Education discounts (BA-PhD) and employee engagement programs.
Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with company-provided equipment as needed (laptop, cellphone).
