General Decription: As a Content Creator, you will produce original content and creative assets for various channels, while enhancing our overall brand strategy.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Develop and produce high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including social media images, website graphics, brochures, and advertisements.
Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
Obtains approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review.
Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and campaigns that reflect the companys brand and business objectives.
Assist in designing and formatting marketing collateral such as presentations, email templates, eBooks, and newsletters.
Create and refine design drafts, storyboards, and prototypes for internal review and feedback.
Stay current with design trends and conduct research to inspire and inform creative projects.
Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce visually appealing and professional content.
Help establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all visual elements are consistent across various channels.
Photograph and edit social media content and promotional campaigns.
Film and edit social media content and promotional campaigns.
Aid in planning and coordinating visual aspects of promotional events to maintain brand coherence.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Bachelors degree in graphic design or certifications on the specialty
Experience with social media marketing or content development
Advance knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools like Canva
Advance knowledge with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Power Point
Copywriting skills
Great ability for crafting engaging content with professional camera or mobile device
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Understanding of motion graphic software
Understanding of branding concepts and the ability to translate them effectively across multiple marketing touchpoints
