GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of the company by providing comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. They will measure production, quality and quantity and apply learning tools to improve both. Evaluate training programs and materials as well as training performance. They will also facilitate and deliver internal learning solutions and develop in-house training programs as assigned. Our Corporate Trainer is an experienced educator, with the ability to convey a message in a way that motivates others.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the essential functions of this job, this position is regularly required to sit, stand, talk or hear; use hands to handle or feel and frequently are required to reach with their hands and arms and occasionally stand, walk, climb or balance; may occasionally lift, move, push or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This is an indoor position and the noise level in the work area is usually moderate.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years of practical business experience in developing and delivering training solutions. Previous presentation and training skills. Certification in training and/or organizational development a plus. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 2-3 years administering LMS’s (i.e., scheduling, registering employees, and instructor resources).
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
This position reports directly to the EVP/Operations, Cashier/ HR Director (and various Operations VPs). The EVP/Operations reports directly to the President/Chief Operating Officer of American National Bank & Trust.
OTHER: Must be able to travel to other American National Bank & Trust locations as required with this position.
