We are based in NJ, USA and work with many talents around the world. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in managing both on-site and remote creative teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects across different markets for our direct selling company and other brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and video production, with the ability to plan and oversee projects effectively. Additionally, experience in managing global rebranding initiatives is essential. Responsibilities Project Planning & Management Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with on-site and remote creative teams to ensure project milestones are met. Oversee the execution of design, copy, and video production projects, ensuring high quality deliverable. Lead frequent project management check-ins on-site and via Microsoft Teams or Slack. Team Coordination Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among creative and marketing teams across different markets. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment. Manage project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Global Rebranding Lead and manage global rebranding projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement rebranding strategies. Monitor and report on the progress of rebranding initiatives, addressing any challenges that arise. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates and reports to the Sr. Creative Director on project status and performance. Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and managed effectively. Quality Assurance Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Implement feedback and revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Event Asset Production Manage the production of event assets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. SKU Management Oversee projects for different SKUs across various markets globally, ensuring alignment with market-specific requirements. File Management Manage and organize project files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Web Development Projects Manage web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals. Fast-Paced Environment Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing low- to high-priority projects efficiently. Administrative Support Assist with other administrative tasks as they arise. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Proven experience in managing creative projects, including design and video production. Strong understanding of the direct selling industry and its unique challenges. Experience in managing global rebranding initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with both on-site and remote teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Corporate and agency experience is highly desirable. Experience in project managing the production of event assets. Experience in managing projects for different SKUs across various markets globally. Experience in managing web development projects. 5 years of Project Management experience. PMP certification is a plus.
