Kelly is seeking a direct hire Direct Marketing Specialist, for a non-profit humanitarian organization that helps those in need located in Irving, TX. Key Responsibilities:

• As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind high-impact direct mail, email marketing, and SMS campaigns that strengthen donor relationships and maximize contributions. You’ll work with a dynamic team to create personalized outreach strategies, analyze campaign performance, and continuously innovate to enhance donor engagement.
• Develop and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling donor communications.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and boost donor retention.
• Manage donor segmentation and personalization techniques for maximum impact.
• Stay ahead of fundraising trends and implement innovative marketing tactics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in direct marketing (nonprofit experience a plus!).
• Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), email marketing, and SMS tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine campaign strategies.
• Knowledge of direct mail production, print coordination, and compliance regulations.
• Hybrid schedule 3 days in office (able to select the days in office)
• Salary: $65,000-75,000 a year
