Mozaic is seeking a full time Direct Support Professional at our Spotlight Studios location in Auburn, NY . Our goal is to find a creative person that is interested in the arts, music, photography, or yoga; and has the ability to teach and support a variety of different classes. Direct Support Professionals foster positive self-esteem by assisting individuals in accessing community resources, such as educational programs, vocational opportunities, and recreational activities. DSPs are caregivers that support, encourage, and advocate unwavering respect for individuals' rights.
At Spotlight Studios participants are provided the opportunity to perform, create, and identify talents they did not know they had. The individuals are taught and supported by professional artists and musicians and are given the opportunity to share their talents with friends, family and their community.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Benefits Include:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with some planned evenings and weekends
Pay Rate: $16.75-$17.50/hr.+ based on experience!
