In this role, you’ll take charge of coordinating plumbing service calls, managing schedules, and ensuring customers receive nothing less than stellar service.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, document, and prioritize incoming calls for plumbing service requests, including emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Utilize Housecall Pro software to schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for maximum efficiency.
• Communicate service details clearly to technicians and provide updates throughout the workday to keep everyone aligned.
• Skillfully prioritize multiple service calls, ensuring resources are allocated effectively based on urgency and availability.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries and ensure transparency regarding service timelines and technician arrivals.
• Monitor and track the status of dispatched technicians and provide timely updates to customers and management.
• Accurately record service call details for follow-up and record-keeping purposes.
• Represent OVC Plumbing & Drain professionally at trade shows and during customer visits, building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in plumbing or a related field (training provided for the right candidate).
• Familiarity with scheduling and dispatching software, such as Housecall Pro.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking with precision.
• A customer-service mindset, making every client interaction a positive experience.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Availability for remote responsibilities on weekends.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday in-office.
• Remote responsibilities on weekends.

Compensation:

• Base pay is dependent on experience, with a salary range of $45,000–$60,000 annually.
