Airswift is looking for a Document Control Administrator to support a major client in Borger, TX on a 12-month assignment

Schedule: 5/40

Responsibilities:

• PHA Coordination - manage PSI validation, coordinate scheduling and attendees, provide data to Facilitators, complete all prep-work
• Coordinate project PHAs on as-needed basis, track PHA QA/QC
• PSM Evaluation for MOCs - evaluate changes to ensure all PSM related items are addressed and it is safe to proceed
• Review MOC scope changes and temporary MOC extensions
• PSI - update PSI per redlines from MOCs and corrections
• Perform critical tasks to maintain compliance with PSM regulations

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• High School diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of Process Safety Management regulations
• Basic knowledge of refinery operations and process safety hazards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• 5 or more years direct experience in refining and/or chemical industry
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, direct experience with PHAs, MOCs, and PSI
