Job Title : Entry Level Events Assistant

Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to dive into the world of event planning and management. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced event professionals, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events and functions.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.
• Support the team with marketing and promotional efforts leading up to events.
• Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
