Our rapidly expanding agency seeks five in-office licensed insurance sales representatives, which we call Insurance Sales Advisors. Join our high-performing team located in Ontario, CA.

A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Representative:

Salary Example:

  • Are you new to sales in the insurance industry? Your compensation will start at $40,000, and first-year commissions are expected to be around $21,600. A total salary of $61,600 without bonuses.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Client Guidance : Generate and provide insurance quotes, consult and advise potential clients, and use agency training methods to sell insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  2. Client Experience : Ensure each prospect has an outstanding experience and assist with any questions or objections, acting with empathy and professionalism.
  3. Documentation and CRM Management : Record all client interactions and engagement in the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Team Collaboration and Development : Participate in daily team huddles, celebrate team successes, contribute strategic insights, and continuously improve skills through ongoing learning.
  5. Professionalism and Accountability : Work with integrity, maintain a collaborative team approach, and show resilience in overcoming challenges to meet or exceed team objectives.
  6. Adaptability and Growth : Be open to coaching, continuously adapt to challenges, and pursue career advancement through leadership development and agency ownership opportunities.
Requirements
  • Must obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License prior to start date
  • Must be coachable, adaptable, and dependable
