• CFS NY is working with a growing real estate client looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and provide assistance to the CEO and President. This position will provide a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization and make a significant impact.

Role Responsibilities- Executive Assistant

• Maintain calendars for executives
• Schedule internal and external meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, and other events
• Handle incoming professional and personal correspondence
• Task management, file organization, data entry, maintaining contact lists, preparing and printing meeting materials when needed
• Perform various administrative tasks as necessary to support daily operations of the office.

Preferred Qualifications - Executive Assistant

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects under pressure
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• BA degree
• Experience in, or working knowledge of, the real estate industry is a plus
