Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, scratch-made Italian dishes.

• Manage food and labor costs, maintaining efficiency without sacrificing quality.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a talented culinary team.
