About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Graduate Career Advancement Center. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader responsible for the strategic planning, development, and administration of comprehensive career advancement services. This role involves fostering relationships with external organizations to create diverse opportunities for graduate business students, including employment, internships, and co-op programs. The Executive Director will also lead a team of career advisors, provide personalized coaching, and ensure the integration of experiential learning opportunities into the curriculum. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or relevant business Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate/industry, recruiting, or career coaching. The role requires extensive knowledge of project management, career development theories, and job search techniques. The Executive Director will be expected to utilize data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, manage the department budget, and collaborate with faculty and industry partners to support student career aspirations. Certification in coaching is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, employer relations, and program development, and will be adept at leading a team in a results-driven and collaborative environment.
