Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team at the Port St Lucie, FL office. This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote or hybrid option. Please only apply if you are local or willing to relocate.

This role will be responsible for designing visually compelling assets that support our brand identity, product storytelling, and promotional campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:

Brand Design & Visual Content Creation

• Create engaging and on-brand visual assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
• Design and update Shopify banners, landing pages, and on-site graphics to support seasonal promotions and weekly marketing initiatives.
• Develop print and packaging materials as needed, including product labels, inserts, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms, adhering to established brand guidelines.

Campaign & Promotional Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals across multiple channels.
• Design graphics for Amazon and Shopify listings, A+ content, and display ads.
• Support the creation of assets for weekly promotional launches, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and optimized for performance.

Creative Collaboration & Project Execution

• Work closely with copywriters, e-commerce managers, and developers to align visual assets with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Be proactive in suggesting creative direction, layout improvements, and design solutions based on data and trends.
• Stay up to date with industry design trends and e-commerce best practices to keep brand assets fresh and modern.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, CPG, or health/wellness industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar tools).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing materials, web assets, and campaign design work.
• Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, balancing speed and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.
• Preferred: Passion for health, fitness, or lifestyle branding.
