What We're Looking For We are currently seeking a Head of FinTech Solutions to lead our growing sales organization at Cross River. This position resides within the FinTech Banking team and reports directly to the EVP, Head of FinTech Banking. The person will be responsible for scaling and developing the sales organization and implementing the strategy to identify new opportunities, new clients and drive revenue growth. In addition, both the product commercialization and solutions team will report into this position. This role will be expected to develop and execute a product plan with business requirements including identifying and partnering with appropriate vendors to enhance and support our product offerings. This function will also oversee new product launches and major enhancements to existing products, as well as readiness for major change events that impact the segment. Specifically, the role is responsible for delivering and executing a product plan for each product launch or initiative by driving strong collaboration with the Product Management team and stakeholders in Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Risk and Marketing. Responsibilities: Scale and mature the sales organization to drive growth through a structured, outbound sales strategy Develop and execute on new features, offerings and channels across FinTech Banking based on annual OKRs and customer demands Identify new use cases for products (gaming, cross border, crypto, settlement flows, issuing launch, acquiring, etc.) Identify external and existing opportunities for features and products that Cross River offers Collaborate with Product and business development teams to translate product and network strategy into sales growth through defined target-setting and sales process optimization Define sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and ensure accountability as revenue scales Support response and participation in large prospect RFIs across products Manage the Solutions and Commercialization Teams Develop and maintain a collateral set to enhance our brand and support sales Develop and maintain the division’s GTM (Go To Market) strategy Provide client support for unique and cross functional use cases Identify opportunities to enhance our brand through marketing, conferences, speakership and thought leadership Build strategic partnerships with industry groups Reporting & Data Develop uniformed reporting for tracking P&L, expenses, and miscellaneous fees Liaise with finance on maintaining product level pricing strategy and profitability Support build out of the CRM Create and maintain product, client level reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Background in payment, card and lending products marketing, sales, consulting 7+ years of relevant work experience Experience developing a strong sales organization with clearly defined sales metrics and KPIs Passionate about driving cross-collaboration across a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization Ability to drive clarity across competing priorities with a willingness to roll up sleeves Strategic and thoughtful communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency Salary Range: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Cross River Bank
