We will be the most trusted health partner for life.**$5,000 Sign-On Bonus*****Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position; this position DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program**.Hours:Day shiftMonday-Friday8:00am -4:30pmIndepth knowledge Next Generation Genome Sequencing HLABrand NEW Clinical Laboratory - Features daylight access, in an open concept lab space**Area: HLA/ NGGS***Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position; this position DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program**.About the JobIn this role, the Technical Specialist (HLA) will oversee the daily operation of the HLA laboratory section to ensure the precision and reproducibility of laboratory test results in accordance with accreditation standards and guidelines. **Indepth knowledge Next Generation Genome Sequencing HLA***Experience with waived, moderate, and high complexity testing in a "clinical" laboratory setting through education or work experience required*What you'll needCollaborates with the medical director, manager and faculty in the development of new procedures or programs. Evaluates, validates and implements new instrumentation and procedures. Develops written procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and support new instrumentation and test methodologies. Works with the director to review and revise procedure manuals to ensure test accuracy and regulatory and accreditation requirements.
