• s a part-time Project Manager for our PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives project and other HR-related endeavors, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables.
• Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
• The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects involving the HR PeopleSoft enterprise system.
• This experience MUST be reflected on a resume with technical details included.
• State Cardinal system experience is a plus.
• Experience using agile project management methodology - required and must be reflected on the resume.
• Must have an active PMP certification.
