Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our client's Healthcare group. This role is pivotal in driving M&A advisory services within the healthcare services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in investment banking, with a focus on healthcare services M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for healthcare services companies.
• Prepare and present pitch books, transaction materials, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic advisory solutions for clients.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on healthcare services M&A.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Locations: This position offers flexibility to be based in one of the following locations: Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; San Francisco, CA.
