Responsibilities

• Project Management – Leading a group of people to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Ability to articulate action items to clients so they clearly understand what's expected to complete 
• Provide technical support to clients finding a resolution of product hardware, software and operating system issues via onsite, phone or remote access for all supported applications or products
• In-field equipment setup and training
• Open to rotational schedule for 24/7 emergency after hours phone support
• Remote technical support using various platforms 
• Filling in for team members when needed
• Thorough in documentation efforts in CRM and other application platforms 
• Troubleshoot problems and performing root cause analysis
• Travel: Two trips consisting of 1-3 nights per month, on average

Qualifications Required

• 1-3 years of project management 
• 1-3 years of hands on technical experience/customer support
• Comfortable and confident when multi-tasking 
• Overcoming objections that delay projects
• Ability to work in high stress and fast-paced environments
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites 
• Proficient in Salesforce 
• Teamwork: Willingness to partner with colleagues/clients to reach a common goal with an optimistic and focused attitude
• Solution Orientated: Ability to listen, gather necessary information and execute game plan to resolve issues in a timely and composed manner
