Junior Financial Analyst Responsibilities: - Maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, variances to plan, forecast and budget
- Assist in aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Perform P&L review and analysis on a monthly basis
- Identify and explain unusual financial and operational variance and collaborate on resulting actions and performance measurement
- Provide ad hoc analytical forecasting, reporting and project support to senior management
- Produce monthly reports which include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting
- Maintain reporting schedule and deliverables across all finance and accounting to ensure timely and organized reporting
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Junior Financial Analyst Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance is required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Macros, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
