Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with seasoned recruiters in sourcing candidates via diverse channels including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and suitability for specific positions.
• Efficiently communicate with candidates, scheduling interviews and providing feedback as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records within our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to refining and enhancing recruitment processes and strategies through teamwork.

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, with excellent time management skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated individuals keen on learning and advancing within the staffing industry.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Prior experience within a recruiting organization is advantageous, though not obligatory.

This position is based in our Bedford, TX office.
