About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and an exciting opportunity to support attorneys in complex litigation cases.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of litigation support experience and a strong background in case management, legal documentation, and trial preparation. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and litigation calendar management
• Obtain and track medical records, process invoices, and manage case-related expenses
• Professionally handle client communications, gather evidence, and provide case updates
• Maintain and organize both electronic and paper files
• Prepare financial reports and oversee billing documentation in Excel

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of litigation support experience in a law firm setting
• Bachelor’s degree (on-campus required)
• Paralegal Certificate (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Additional Details:

• Start Date: Within two weeks of offer acceptance
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Interview Process: Virtual interview via Teams with firm attorneys
