Job Description - Overview Hobby Lobby is looking for a Media Buyer, OTT to join our digital advertising team. In this role, you will be responsible for digital media buying, planning and execution for OTT advertising to include Cable, Radio, TV, CTV, Streaming and Outdoor Billboards. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, detail-oriented, flexible and forward-thinking team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will develop and maintain relationships with local media, streaming video and audio reps, to ensure the best placement and rates available. The Media Buyer, OTT is responsible for supporting the Digital Advertising team in creating, optimizing, and executing digital advertising campaigns that generate revenue while providing regular reporting to help improve marketing efforts. Responsibilities Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for traditional media channels (TV, Broadcast, Radio, OTT, OOH) Oversee the end-to-end process of digital media planning and buying, managing complex campaigns encompassing Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, Streaming Audio, ensuring effective campaign execution and delivery. Assist with paid digital media campaign execution including, but not limited to, streaming video, streaming music and outdoor billboards. Responsible for market planning, projection, negotiation, stewardship, reporting, and added value negotiation. Ability to fully understand OTT reporting and implement key strategy changes to improve KPI performance. Ensuring compliance with ongoing brand safety suitability standards. Comprehensive understanding of all digital OTT providers. Estimates ratings and negotiates all avails against given cost parameters and client guidelines and strategies. Carefully analyze media schedules to determine poor rotations, missed spots, etc. Monitor and present emerging practices in the ever-changing world of digital media. Closely monitor and continuously optimize campaigns in alignment with performance goals. Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Digital Field preferred, or 3+ years of experience Demonstrated experience in digital media planning and buying.
