Job Description
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Device Assembler to join our team. Previous production experience required; medical manufacturing experience preferred. This role is responsible for the precise assembly of medical devices or components in a cleanroom or controlled environment, ensuring all products meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble medical device components using hand tools, microscopes, and semi-automated equipment
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures in compliance with FDA, ISO, and company quality standards
Operate the laser marking machine by placing parts for marking and inspecting the finished parts for accuracy and quality
Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts and products meet all specifications
Record production data, including quantities, measurements, and batch numbers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following cleanroom protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve any issues
Report any defects, deviations, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
Assist in onboarding and training of new team members as needed
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in medical device assembly or manufacturing preferred
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work under a microscope and handle small components
Comfortable following strict procedures and documentation requirements
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and safety protocols a plus
Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
