Job Summary
The Membership Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the membership program, including membership sales, developing and attending membership activities, local tornaments sales and communicating to members. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Education & Experience
• College graduate.
• 3-5 years of resort sales, catering sales or golf club experience.
• Golf and Tennis knowledge, preferable.
• Computer proficiency including web site maintenance and social media.
• Strong command of English and Spanish writing skills.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Strong customer service and satisfaction skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and nights.
Physical Requirements
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Able to lift, pull, push or carry 25 pounds, occasionally.
• Able to stand or sit for long hours.
