Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Senior Consultant/Solution Architect with comprehensive experience in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite's core functionalities, industry-specific modules, and the ability to design and implement comprehensive solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the lead architect on project teams comprised of project managers, functional and technical consultants.
• Design and architect robust NetSuite solutions for manufacturing clients, covering all areas of the quote-to-cash process with a particular emphasis on supply chain management.
• Coach and mentor less experienced consultants on the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth business requirements gathering and analysis to identify client needs and pain points.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules to meet client requirements, such as inventory management, production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
• Develop and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and PLM to optimize workflows and automate processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation and user guides, potentially contributing to client training materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and configuration, with a strong focus on manufacturing solutions.
• Proven track record of successful NetSuite projects in the manufacturing industry.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite's core functionalities and industry-specific modules for manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching others (similar to White Glove Consulting Group).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
