Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements
- Maintain organized files of tenant correspondence, leases, etc.
- Process rental applications and verify tenant information
- Assist in tracking renewals and vacancies
- Oversee office operations including scheduling and document management
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in property management a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
