Location: Local to Alpharetta. Candidates will need to come on-site in a hybrid schedule

Job Description:
Role: Oracle NetSuite Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system for a healthcare organization, including but not limited to, user administration, security, customizations, data management, workflows, and integrations
- Provide ongoing support and training to Finance organization, end users, and administrative staff, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with other IT teams, Finance, and Executive stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in NetSuite that support financial management and ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key financial metrics, and outcomes.
- Ensure that the NetSuite system complies with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use
- Stay up to date with NetSuite product releases and updates, and recommend and implement new features and functionalities that can improve Finance and other business or healthcare processes and efficiency
- Monitor system performance and usage, and implement optimizations and improvements as needed to support the organization's healthcare goals
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a NetSuite subject matter expert, and provide guidance on how technology can be leveraged to improve healthcare outcomes and patient experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering and supporting Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP system preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong technical skills in NetSuite administration, customization, scripting, and integrations
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
- Familiarity with healthcare concepts and practices, including clinical workflows, medical coding, and billing processes
- Knowledge and experience in setting up NetSuite Financials in a complex organization made up of multiple business entities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with Finance team, administrative staff, executives, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certifications such as Oracle NetSuite Administrator and NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certifications
