As part of our commitment to expanding owner-operator and small fleet solutions, we are looking for a Product Manager – Owner-Operator Solutions & 10-4 to lead the development and growth of products tailored to this market. This role is part of a dedicated team focused on developing solutions for owner-operators and small fleets, including the 10-4 platform, payment solutions, and additional value-added services. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to enhance digital experiences, drive adoption, and ensure seamless execution of new products in this space. Responsibilities include defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for 10-4 and owner-operator solutions; driving adoption and engagement of owner-operator payment solutions leveraging customer feedback and data insights; working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams to launch and scale new offerings; conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine and enhance solutions; measuring product success using KPIs and iterating on features to optimize impact; staying ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities; and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should be customer obsessed, results-oriented, a cross-functional collaborator, insights-driven, and have an innovative mindset. Experience required includes 3-7 years of product management preferably in payments, mobility, logistics, or B2B SaaS, with a preference for OTR industry experience, particularly in fleet or owner-operator services. The candidate should have a track record of launching and scaling products focusing on adoption, customer experience, and revenue growth, strong understanding of payment solutions, digital platforms, and customer engagement strategies, ability to define and execute product strategy in a fast-paced environment, strong data-driven decision-making skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus).
