Job Title: Project Manager (Remote, EST Hours)

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee small to medium-sized projects (1-6 months duration) with minimal supervision.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Conduct regular status meetings, manage prioritization, and escalate risks as necessary.
• Utilize project management tools and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management , preferably within networking (e.g., SD-WAN, firewalls, switches).
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud technologies or working within an MSP.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Project Insight .

Additional Details:

• Remote Position (Must be available for EST hours: 9 AM - 6 PM).
• Hiring for 2 roles: One mid-level and one entry-level resource.
