Bergen County Law Office seeks an Experienced Receptionist/Legal Assistant for immediate hire.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for answering phones, routing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages with accuracy.
• Greet visitors and clients as the arrive to the office.
• Scheduling meetings and updating office calendar.
• Provide support to the attorney, paralegal, and office manager to ensure smooth operation of the office’s daily operation.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as drafting letters, scanning and filing of documents, and creating client files.
• Works well independently in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient in using PC, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

Qualifications:
• 1 or more years of Law Office experience
• Must have professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Respect for confidentiality and discretion
• Solid work ethic and organization skill
• Able to handle feedback, coachable, and a team player.
