Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Trainer to lead online training sessions for aspiring freight brokers/dispatchers and carriers. If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy teaching others how to navigate the world of freight brokering, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Instruct students in the fundamentals of freight brokering and dispatching
Develop engaging online lessons (Zoom or similar platform)
Provide real-world examples and industry insights
Offer guidance on licensing, MC/DOT registration, load boards, rate negotiation, and carrier relations
Support students through Q&A, mentoring, and resources
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a Freight Broker or Freight Dispatcher (2+ years preferred)
Previous teaching, coaching, or training experience a plus
Strong knowledge of industry tools (DAT, TruckStop, TMS, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with remote instruction and virtual platforms
