- *Rosegate Commons Assisted Living is now hiring a Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Sales and Marketing Director**
The Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Director of Sales & Marketing is a valued member of the leadership team that is responsible for driving occupancy and reaching set forth goals in the community. We believe that caring people make a difference. At Bethany Village Assisted Living, we offer personalized approach to assisted living along with outpatient therapy. **_Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.
- Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.
- Motivate and inspire team members to meet established sales targets.
- Proactively build opportunities for ongoing development of community partnerships.

- *_Requirements_**
- Bachelor degree in business/communications/marketing or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- One to three years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Previous health care experience preferred.
