The ideal candidate will have experience, but is not a must in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile devices. If you have a passion for technology and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and repair various phone issues, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other hardware/software problems.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication of repair issues and solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile device trends and repair techniques.
- Test devices before and after repairs to ensure functionality.
