Job Title: Salesforce QA Tester

Location: Englewood, CO

Duration: 12 Months

Work Mode: Remote partial

Job Duties - 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Manual Testing.

• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform and applications, with a solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and data models.
• Experience in writing test cases and execute tests for Salesforce projects.
• Knowledge and experience with JIRA for user stories and project workflow
• Strong understanding of smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing principles
• Proficient in using QA tools and methodologies, including test management tools, defect tracking systems like ALM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide detailed defect reports.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies, with experience in working in Agile development teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information clearly to peers
