SEO Manager We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that improve our website’s visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance our overall digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for music and digital marketing. We are looking for talented individuals to join our Search Engine Optimization Team and help us drive traffic to our creations worldwide. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation. Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine visibility. Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and schema markup. Build and manage a strong backlink profile through outreach, partnerships, and content marketing. Work closely with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO goals. Provide SEO guidelines and recommendations for content creation, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Track key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Continuously evaluate and adapt SEO strategies to stay ahead of changes in the search landscape. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and other team members to implement SEO recommendations. Provide training and guidance to the team on SEO best practices and the importance of SEO in digital marketing. Requirements: Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices. Proficiency with SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
