Job Description: We are seeking a Systems Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
Responsibilities: - Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
- Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
- Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Here's what you need: - 10 years of experience system administration and/or architecture
- 7 years of experience with Virtual Machines (VM)
- 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Security Clearance: - Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$105,200-$168,400 USD
