We are looking for an service technician dispatcher to join our customer's team on Oahu!

This role is a fully remote position, however, you must reside on Oahu, HI. This is a full-time opportunity with work hours typically consisting of 5AM to 1:30PM. We are looking for someone experienced with excel graph/chart creation who has great organization and attention to detail!

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize service requests from customers and internal departments.
• Dispatch telecommunications technicians to job sites based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
• Monitor and track the status of service requests and technician assignments.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and estimated arrival times.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and job completions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle emergency service requests and dispatch technicians promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and planning technician routes to optimize efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the telecommunications team as needed.

Skills Needed:

• Attention to detail.
• Experience invoicing, auditing, tracking, and reporting documentation.
• Microsoft Excel data entry and creation of consumable graphs.
• Strong organization and task management skills.
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure.
