Job Description

Our client, a women's apparel brand, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Boston. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including leading the sales team, overseeing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning inventory and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement brand strategy and create an engaging retail environment.
• Lead, coach, and train sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, educate customers, and meet sales targets.
• Manage staff schedules and performance to maintain optimal coverage.
• Oversee inventory management and communicate needs to the corporate office.
• Assist in planning and executing store events.
• Provide product knowledge on new arrivals to the team.
• Respond to customer needs to drive sales.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and merchandising reports.
• Maintain the store's appearance and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to promote brand awareness on social media.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of management experience in sales, operations, inventory, or staff within fashion or accessories brands.
• Motivated, creative, and eager to grow with the team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for memorable client experiences.
• Outgoing, energetic, entrepreneurial, and sales-driven personality.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus.
