The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in a law or public accounting firm and a substantial tax compliance background. This position requires managing multiple files, supervising client interactions, and leading complex cases while demonstrating exceptional business development skills. An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred, and admission to the Michigan Bar is required. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and representation on tax-related matters. Handle complex tax compliance issues and provide solutions for clients. Develop and maintain client relationships and business opportunities, including managing a portable business book with growth potential. Supervise client contact, manage case files, and lead tax-related cases. Juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high responsiveness. Ensure all work is completed with exceptional attention to detail. Deliver outstanding customer and client service. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law or public accounting firm. Demonstrated expertise in tax compliance and related legal matters. Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships and business opportunities.
