Technical Project Manager (Databricks)

Hybrid in Denver (on-site 4 days a week)

6 month contract with potential to renew

One of our clients, a global leader in cross-screen advertising, is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead Databricks and Tableau projects.

Role responsibilities:

• Working with Engineering leads and Product and Business teams to define E2E delivery milestones and drive value delivery
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale initiatives, build roadmaps, project plans with dependencies, track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, proactively identify risks and mitigate, escalate in a timely manner eliminating issues by managing systemic impediments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution
• Responsible for product launch approval, ensuring each product release has mandatory approval from including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and business stakeholders.

Please respond if you have the below skills:

• A strong ability to manage complex projects, oversee data migrations, and implement reporting solutions while ensuring seamless stakeholder communication
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, with a focus on software implementations, data migrations, and reporting solutions
• Databricks project management experience, or equivalent experience migrating on-prem big data
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO with four days on-site for the duration of the contract
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing them in large-scale projects
• Experience in the Ad-Tech or media industry will be a plus
