Your Role: SolarWinds is seeking an Associate Video Producer to develop, script, shoot, and edit a variety of internal and external video projects. The candidate will work closely with other video producers and designers in our Creative Group and will report to the manager of the Multimedia Team. The right candidate will be comfortable following established branding guidelines to craft a unified experience for customers.
Your Impact: - Produce, script, shoot, and edit a variety of internal and external marketing, promotional, live, event, product, creative, social, and training videos using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Shoot original and creative high-quality video in and out of the studio
- Producer will be responsible for digital asset and post-production workflow
- Responsible for the planning, research, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, project management, and editing of videos (Pre-production, Production, Post-Production)
- Gather, organize, and coordinate scripts, music, props, sets, talent and shoot locations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop video ideas, concepts, and project recommendations
- Render and upload videos to online distribution sources
- Transcribe, edit, and upload video transcripts
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of production studio and equipment
- Compile video analytics as needed
- Perform other production duties as assigned
Your Experience: - College Degree or 2+ years video production, producing and editing industry experience
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus on Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Studio and field production experience including DSLR and HD video camera operation, audio recording, and lighting
- Should be able to lift standard production equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Self-manage, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving workplace where change is the only constant
- Live streaming experience a plus
- Design and motion graphic experience a plus
- Must provide a link to portfolio of best work with resume submission
- Adaptable and open to feedback
- Attention to detail and collaborative mindset
