Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to promote and sell windows and doors.
• Engage homeowners in discussions about their needs and educate them on our products.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Utilize company-provided materials and tools to generate leads and track sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by utilizing proven sales techniques and strategies.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer interests and product performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a competitive environment.
• Basic understanding of home improvement products, specifically windows and doors, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within designated sales areas.
