ob Title: Account Executive – Industrial HVAC Preventive Maintenance 

Position Overview:
The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities for commercial HVAC preventive maintenance agreements and managing assigned accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. This role requires strong sales skills, the ability to identify prospective customers, and a commitment to delivering tailored HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective customers in assigned markets through market research and personal networking.
  • Qualify leads based on financial capability, maintenance requirements, and compatibility with business objectives.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities by utilizing the company’s sales processes and resources.
  • Develop and prepare customized preventive maintenance programs, conducting needs analyses and equipment surveys as necessary.
  • Create detailed preventive maintenance proposals and quotes using company tools and software.
  • Present tailored preventive maintenance solutions to decision-makers, clearly articulating the value proposition and addressing concerns to secure agreements.
  • Manage contract renewals, identifying opportunities for pricing adjustments and scope changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate additional service offerings such as equipment replacements and other service lines.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, leveraging expertise to develop comprehensive HVAC solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and selling service-oriented solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.

Key Skills:

  • Sales and negotiation expertise.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Strategic planning and execution.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance is a plus.
