Oversee the optimization of system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Provide expertise in risk management to identify and mitigate potential issues. Implement and manage AWS Glue for ETL processes and data cataloging. Monitor system performance and health using AWS CloudWatch. Utilize AWS DevOps tools to automate deployment and manage infrastructure. Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda. Manage user access and security policies with AWS IAM. Write and maintain Python scripts for various automation tasks. Design and implement data models to support business requirements. Store and manage data in Amazon S3 for scalable storage solutions. Utilize NoSQL databases for flexible and scalable data storage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the company’s purpose by delivering innovative solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Impact society by enhancing the reliability and performance of insurance solutions. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 01/17/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $110000 - $135000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
