Please see details below:Open Dates: ASAP - ongoing 1 week a month of coverage is needed (Flexibility with dates within the month)January 9 to 16 or 16 to 23 or 23 to 30February 13 to 20 or 20 to 27March 13 to 20 or 20 to 27April 10 to 17 or 17 to 24 or 24 to 5/1May1 to 8 or 8 to 15 or 22 to 29June (5/29) to June 5 or 12 to 19 or 19 to 26July 3 to 10 or 10 to 17 or 17 to 24 or 24 to 31August (7/31) to 7 or 7 to 14 or 14 to 21September - Any 1 week Mon to MonOct - Any 1 week Mon to MonNov - Any 1 week Mon to MonDec - Any 1 week Mon to MonDesired Schedule: 24 hr callReason for Coverage: SupplementalWorksite Setting: Inpatient and outpatientScope of Work: evaluate, diagnose, treat patients of all ages by percutaneous methods guided by various radiologic imaging modalities. Assess, stabilize & determine disposition of patient w/emergent conditions consistent with core privileges.
